With guidance from our certified virtual instructors, attending a hot yoga session helps you improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Some yoga poses also alleviate or lessen back pains and other muscle soreness.

In our infrared sauna, the higher temperature causes your body to work harder, which means more calories are burned in less time. In one 30 minute isometric session, Hot Yoga is the ultimate mind and body exercise incorporating breathing techniques and yoga postures to build flexibility and strength. 

What to Wear for Hot Yoga

During a yoga session, we advise our HOTWORX members to Bring, Wear, and Prepare. 

  • Make sure to have enough water Wear appropriate clothes for a yoga session; we recommend a breathable T-shirt or sports bra. 
  • Wear lightweight leggings or shorts
  • Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
