What to Wear for Hot Core 

  • Make sure to have enough water Wear appropriate clothes for your Hot Core session
  • Wear lightweight leggings or shorts, and breathable clothing 
  • Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
