Bring, Wear, Prepare.

When attending a HOT ISO session, it’s important to wear clothing that allows for easy movement and facilitates sweating. Lightweight, moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal as they help keep you comfortable during the workout. 

  • Bring water and a towel
  • Wear workout-appropriate clothes Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come 
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
  • Breathable workout tops or sports bras, comfortable leggings or shorts

Staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating.
