What to Wear for Hot Pilates

At HOTWORX, we follow the Bring, Wear, Prepare philosophy. 

  • Bring water and a towel
  • Wear workout-appropriate clothes some text
    • Breathable workout tops or sports bras
    • Comfortable leggings or shorts
  • Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
