Bring, Wear, Prepare- What to Wear for Hot Stretch

We want you to be prepared for your hot stretch session. 

  • Make sure to have enough water 
  • Wear appropriate lightweight clothes for your stretch session
  • Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
