What should I bring to a Hot Warrior session?

  • Make sure to have enough water 
  • Wear appropriate clothes for a Hot Warrior session; we recommend a breathable T-shirt or sports bra. 
  • Wear lightweight leggings or shorts
  • Prepare - hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
