Improve your poise, posture, strength and balance in our Hot Barre None session. You’ll be using the sauna wall as a workout tool instead of a barre, hence Barre None! This workout guides you through postures derived from ballet and slow dynamic reps to help you develop long, lean, and sexy muscles. You’ll notice a butt lift and great legs with the consistency of this workout.

What Is a Barre Workout?

Improve your poise, posture, strength, and balance in our Hot Barre None session. You’ll be using the mat, roller, and sauna wall as workout tools instead of a barre, hence Barre None! This workout guides you through postures derived from ballet and slow dynamic reps to help you develop long, lean, and sexy muscles. You’ll notice a butt lift and great legs with the consistency of this workout.

Barre is a full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired positions with yoga, Pilates, and dance. Also, if you're doing weight lifting and other intense workouts, we recommend barre as a cross-training option. Barre is also ideal for beginners.

What Are the Benefits of Hot Barre Workouts?

Because it's a ballet-inspired exercise performed in our infrared studio, lead by your virtual instructor, you can expect to see several benefits from improved strength and flexibility to improved posture and stress reduction. Hot Barre workouts are also low-impact, which lowers your risk for painful injuries. 

What to Wear to Hot Barre None

We recommend going with comfortable clothing. Try to avoid shorts with clasps or zippers. Go with leggings and sports bras or any light-fitted tops. It’s important to wear clothing that allows for easy movement and facilitates sweating. Lightweight, moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal as they help keep you comfortable during the workout.

    • Comfortable leggings or shorts
  • Prepare- hydrate BEFORE you come, staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a water bottle to replenish fluids lost through sweating
  • If it's your first time in the sauna HOTWORX will supply the mat for you to use in your session
