HOTWORX Miami-Dadeland is located by Dadeland Mall and across the street from Downtown Dadeland off the Palmetto Expressway in Miami, Florida. We serve the following areas: Pinecrest, South Miami, Dadeland, Kendall, West Kendall, Coral Gables, Coconut Groove, and Cutler Bay.
We are a 24 hour infrared fitness studio. Our patented infrared saunas offer nine different virtually instructed sessions. The many benefits of infrared saunas include major calorie burn, detoxification, increased circulation, stress relief, muscle recovery, pain management, and skin rejuvenation.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
