HOTWORX - Marrero is located on Taravella Road. It’s off of Barataria Boulevard, which is one of Marrero’s main streets. The 24-hour studio is near Marrero’s well-known neighborhoods, such as Plantation Estates, Barley Estates, Woodmere, Bayou Estates, Crown Point, Laffite, Acadiana Trace, Oak Forest, and Hillcrest.
With our infrared sauna workout sessions, you’ll experience weight loss, stress reduction, cellulite reduction, and improved circulation. We partner with many area businesses, including Westbank Nutrition and Smoothie King.
Take advantage of our certified Virtual Instructors who will lead you in semi-private infrared sauna workout sessions that are available when you are. We’ve got Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Buns, Hot Warrior, and even more hot workouts where you can sweat it out!

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
