Our studio is located in Antique City in downtown Hammond, Louisiana, right by Southeastern Louisiana University. Look for us on the corner of Magnolia St. and W. Thomas St. We have the extra flair of being located in a historical building that’s over 100 years old. Don't worry, though—it was remodeled recently!
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio led by Virtual Instructors! Members have unlimited access to our patented infrared workout saunas so they can get more exercise in less time.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
