HOTWORX Chicago, River North studio is situated at 676 N. LaSalle Dr, Ste 2 (entrance on Huron), based on the ground level of The Ardus luxury apartment complex. We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offering a variety of semi-private virtual-instructed 30-minute Isometric and 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training workouts inside our patented infrared saunas. The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
