We have several new workout videos that are being introduced now and one of them is Hot Warrior. Hot Warrior is another great HOTWORX 30 minute isometric workout. We employed the services of Nichole Mellison, professional trainer and pro bikini competitor, for this workout. The idea was to take the Hot ISO, our original HOTWORX workout to a higher level. Mission accomplished!
