Fight Stress with Infrared Workouts

Everyone knows that a good workout can do wonders for stress.  So, what happens to stress when infrared is added to the workout environment?

Magic happens.  Speaking from experience, I can tell you that it’s like a 3X stress management session!

Last week I had the opportunity to workout with two guests from Australia who are exploring the possibility of developing our franchise in the land down under.  They took me up on an offer to try out our version of hot yoga at one of the corporate HOTWORX studios in Marrero, LA.  From the moment the three of us walked into the infrared environment our moods began to elevate.
