My passion for health and fitness began at a young age and after a lot of trial and error, I finally made the decision to pursue a career in what I love the most; health and wellness. My education began at Texas State University and I finished at Arizona State University as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I’ve been managing HOTWORX Dallas (Skillman/Abrams) for 2 years and recently became an AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates) Certified Yoga Instructor.

Courtney is currently a middle school math teacher, however she began her career teaching physical education. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern University A & M College, and is now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with University of Louisiana at Monroe. When she is not teaching math classes, she is leading exercise classes. As an AFAA certified group exercise instructor, she enjoys leading high energy HIIT style classes.

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic that has significantly impacted our personal and professional lives, HOTWORX has been diligently working to provide guidance and support for our franchise community.

Hello, my name is Brittany Copeland and I am one of your 2019-2020 HOTWORX Virtual Instructors! I am a group fitness instructor, running coach, TV host, and, of course, a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor who is excited to EARN THE BURN with all of you! Fitness has always been a major part of my life. My mother was a bodybuilder, ran a gym, and was crowned Miss Pennsylvania.

What motivated you to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor? Before I became a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor, I was a member for four years. I joinedwhen I was on the NBA Pelicans Dance Team and found that this was the only workout thathelped get in the best shape of my life. I could not go a day without doing HOTWORX becauseit helped me physically and mentally.
