Stephanie has been teaching group fitness since she fell in love with reformer pilates over 16 years ago. She loves being active, whether it's running, skiing, horseback riding, dancing, playing soccer, or chasing after her 2 little girls. Reformer pilates gave her a love for feeling strong and being fit without the risk of injuring her body. Knowing that reformer pilates is the perfect cross training for all the other sports she does, it has given her an appreciation for her body and a way to keep it healthy and strong. Stephanie has created her own workout methods that incorporate low impact/high intensity training. Trust her that you will be feeling the BURN during and after her signature full body workouts! Over the past 16 years she is always looking for ways to improve and evolve her style and is also certified in TRX, Xtend Barre, and was one of the original Lululemon Ambassadors when they opened their first store in SLC. She has trained dozens of instructors in her unique style who teach her signature method around the Salt Lake valley. Stephanie also currently teaches PE to the cutest pre-k through 8th grade kiddos at her girls’ school. She loves the energy of teaching group classes and seeing people also develop a love for fitness and all the amazing benefits it has. She's her happiest when moving and challenging her body to do amazing things and pushing past her comfort zone. Movement is such an important part of her lifestyle and she hopes to spread that love and appreciation to everyone who takes her sessions.
