BRITTANY RODRIGUES
Brittany Rodrigues is a 20+ year fitness professional and mother of four wild boys, living in Provo, Utah. She started out as a collegiate athlete, playing basketball for Auckland, New Zealand. As an athlete, Brittany worked in a gym and hired a personal trainer to teach her how to get stronger. She fell in love with strength training and eventually started her own bootcamp. Brittany studied psychology in college and discovered her love for helping people change their lives. She found that the most effective way to help them do that was not laying on a couch, but through exercise and movement. Brittany then got her CPT and started teaching group fitness.
Brittany has worked in a variety of gyms, including Orangetheory Fitness as a head coach, and The Training Room (TTR) as a GM. While managing TTR, she developed her own group fitness program called HIPE (Hypertrophy, Intensity, Performance, Evolution) and coached individual clients as well. Brittany later obtained a nutrition certification and created her own nutrition coaching business, called "Next Level Nutrition." She currently works at the number 1 Rec center in the nation, the Provo Rec center where she manages an amazing team of about 120 instructors and 175+ fitness classes per week, as well as a team of personal trainers. Brittany has coached triathlon and previously competed on a women's team, earning a spot at age group nationals. She loves the outdoors, particularly the ocean and all activities related to warm weather. Brittany also has a passion for dance fitness and is certified in 3 different dance fitness formats. She enjoys spending time with her boys, having Friday night gym dates with her husband, and indulging in really good pizza.
