ASHLEE BUCHERT

Fitness was always a passion of Ashlee’s in the form of sports as a kid, so as she entered college and no longer played sports, the gym soon became her home away from home just as much as her dorm. But it wasn't until Ashlee found herself with an added "freshman 12" that she quickly turned her hobby into a mission. Little did she know at the time, that mission of finding her own happiness again would become her career in helping others do the same! Within 6 years, Ashlee earned a BS in Kinesiology and a MS in Exercise Science, along with 10 other nationally accredited certifications. She was well on her way to a lifetime of satisfaction through life changing experiences. Fast forward, and Ashlee is now a wife, mom to two little men, and she couldn't be happier with the career decision she made at 19 years old. She shared, “We all have a START. It may be at different times in our lives, but it's never too late to take care of you and see where the journey takes you!”
