HOTWORX Wheaton, located just northeast of the Butterfield Road and Naperville Road intersection, brings 24-hour infrared fitness to the Town Square shopping center. Serving Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Warrenville, Naperville, and Lisle, our studio offers a time-saving fitness solution for those looking to prioritise wellness without sacrificing convenience.
With unlimited access to infrared sauna workouts, members can choose from hot yoga and pilates, HIIT, and more, all led by virtual instructors and designed to maximize results in less time.
These sessions blend infrared heat, exercise, and guided instruction to support muscle tone, flexibility, recovery, and mental clarity. Infrared benefits can also include cellulite reduction to help members feel better inside and out.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
