HOTWORX Tahlequah offers a clean, safe, modern fitness space at 403-B Daisy Drive in the Walmart Plaza Center. With high visibility and convenient access from State Highway 51 and U.S. Route 62, our 24-hour infrared studio is easy to reach for residents from Park Hill, Keys, Cookson, Stilwell, and beyond.
Inside, members benefit from virtually guided workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, and HIIT, all delivered in private infrared saunas limited to just three people per session. This setup provides a more focused and personal environment, far from the crowds found in traditional gyms. Our FX Zone adds variety with cross-training equipment in a non-heated space.
Locally owned by a Cherokee Nation Tribe cardholder and staffed by tribe members and NSU students, HOTWORX Tahlequah reflects a deep commitment to community. We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all fitness levels.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
