We offer 24-hour access to a range of fitness classes, including Hot Pilates, Barre, Rowing, Cycling, and Yoga. Each session lasts just 15-30 minutes, perfect for fitting into a tight schedule.
Our Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga classes are designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall stability. Hot Pilates focuses on controlled, low-impact movements that build endurance and sculpt lean muscles, while Hot Yoga promotes deep stretching, balance, and mindfulness. The added infrared heat intensifies each movement, helping to flush out toxins and deepen muscle engagement for even greater results.
HOTWORX is unique as it combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise to maximize the benefits of each workout. Harnessing the power of infrared energy helps increase calorie burn, improve circulation, and enhance muscle recovery quickly.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
