Busy schedules are no obstacle here; our 24-hour availability accommodates the importance of flexibility in our member's busy routines and schedules. We offer a unique workout experience with 15-30 minute low-impact exercises conducted in our patented infrared saunas.
The infrared heat in our studio can also provide additional health benefits, including reduced inflammation, increased collagen production, strength and toning, stress reduction, and muscle recovery too. The combination of our Virtual Instructor lead exercises and infrared heat are designed for you to burn 3x the calores in ⅓ of the time!

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
