We offer 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts and 30-minute Isometric Workouts in infrared sauna settings, which means you get more workout in less time. Virtual Instructors lead all sessions, so they’re available around the clock.
Want to maximize your results? Cross train in our Functional Exercise (FX) Zone, complete with bands, ropes, weights, and other strength training equipment. Silent Virtual Instructors on video monitors will show you tips and tricks to use the equipment to torch the calories.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
