HOTWORX is an infrared sauna workout studio where you can sweat it out in under 30 minutes! These saunas allow members to complete workouts like HIIT workouts, cycling, barre, core workouts, pilates, and more while torching calories in less time than a normal workout.
It is perfect for busy people like stay-at-home moms, nurses, business professionals, and college students. The workouts are virtually instructed and completed in small group sessions!

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
