HOTWORX is located in the Kroger shopping center on Shelbyville Rd in Middletown. We are proud to be the first HOTWORX studio to Louisville.
We specialize in 15- and 30-minute infrared sauna workouts that are far more effective than the standard workout. By harnessing infrared energy, heat, and isometric or high-intensity routines, our members are able to melt fat, build lean muscle, and gain strength.
Our facility is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our Virtual Instructors lead workouts in our patented infrared saunas all day and night. We guarantee our infrared sauna workouts will melt stress, detoxify the body, and burn calories like nothing else can.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
