Our HOTWORX - Highlands Ranch studio is conveniently located in the Highlands Ranch Town Center, next to Floyd’s Barbershop.
Our studio is an easy drive from Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Englewood, Sterling Ranch, Greenwood Village, Centennial, or Aurora.
We offer ten different workouts and welcome members ages 16 and up.
Our HOTWORX - Highlands Ranch location is the only infrared sauna fitness studio in the area. Members can combine infrared sauna workouts with 3D training or cross train in our FX Zone with weights and strength training equipment. Infrared energy and heat optimize your workout, helping to burn more calories in less time while activating regeneration for faster post-workout recovery.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
