At HOTWORX, we believe in the power of consistency and cross-training. Each of our programs works together to help you progress in both strength and skill through logical training sequences and multiple workout types.
You’ll target different muscle groups while keeping your motivation high and your time commitment low. From Isometric sessions like Hot Yoga and Hot Bands to HIIT Cycling and Rowing, our virtual instructors will guide you through invigorating workouts that fit your schedule 24 hours a day.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
