Our Hot Cycle sessions are a high-energy cardio workout performed inside the infrared sauna on Schwinn indoor bikes. Each 15-minute session is a fun, accessible way to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping! Plus, because HOTWORX Gainsville is open 24/7, you can workout regardless of the weather outside.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
