If you’re ready to start an innovative fitness routine, you can easily find our HOTWORX - Carmel location right across from Meijer on Old Meridian St. We are in the Providence Shopping Center, Suite 130.
At HOTWORX - Carmel, our goal is to give you more of a workout in less time with 24/7 access to patented infrared saunas. These 3D training sessions will allow you to strengthen your body and sweat out the stress with 15-minute HIIT workouts and 30-minute isometric exercises.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
