HOTWORX Welcomes Nicole Brunner and Ashley Huck of Oklahoma City, OK as New Franchisees
What lead you to explore franchise opportunities?
- Nicole: My husband, Jason Brunner, and I own an HVAC company in Oxford. We did the HVAC install at the HOTWORX studio in Oxford, MS. While we were there we saw how popular the new facility seemed and Jason spoke with John about franchise opportunities. We had been considering business investments in my hometown and this seemed like the perfect fit.
- Ashley: My sister, Nicole, informed me of HOTWORX and that there may be a potential future in it for us.
Please describe your first HOTWORX session.
- Nicole: My first experience was both challenging and refreshing. I decided to try one of the more tedious workouts and underestimated what an invigorating experience HOTWORX would provide. After my first session, I was hooked!
- Ashley: I unfortunately have not had the opportunity to experience a HOTWORX session yet, but I do trust my sister’s judgment. She enjoyed the session and also got quite the workout!
How was your experience going through the Discovery Process and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team at Discovery Day?
- Nicole: Our HOTWORX experience was informative and fun! I really enjoyed meeting the HOTWORX staff and learning about the franchise opportunity. We also loved meeting other new, potential franchisees.
- Ashley: I have not met any of the HOTWORX Executive Team since I was unable to attend Discovery Day, but I am eager to meet everyone!
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
Nicole:
- I am a natural entrepreneur and love new business ventures.
- I love working out and staying healthy.
- HOTWORX provides a revolutionary twist on the hot yoga concept.
Ashley:
- I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
- HOTWORX would be new to Oklahoma City and I find that very intriguing. It would be silly for us not to franchise with HOTWORX.
- I enjoy learning and growing in areas I have not yet perfected. HOTWORX is completely foreign to me, but from what Nicole has informed me and from the research I have done, it is a very smart, fresh, fast-growing concept that I believe has potential here in Oklahoma City.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
- Nicole: Ask questions and network with other franchisees. The more you learn, the more comfortable you will feel through the process. HOTWORX has an amazing support system.
- Ashley: What are you waiting for?? This is an amazing business opportunity that is only going to progress from here!
What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
- Nicole: We hope to open new avenues for people who don't love cardio, enjoy Hot Yoga, and want a change of pace in their potentially mundane workout regimen.
- Ashley: Being someone who is currently training for a fitness competition and hates the mass amounts of cardio required, I hope to be able to bring a new form of cardio to the table. I also would enjoy making this an option for those who are unable to do cardio due to previous or current injuries, or any health issue that may prevent them from being able to accomplish their fitness goals.
What are you most excited for in your first year as HOTWORX franchisees?
- Nicole: I am excited to work alongside my sister in a profession in which we are both equally passionate. I hope our HOTWORX studio will be an environment where people feel welcome to release stress and improve their health.
- Ashley: I am excited to work in an area I am very passionate about. I am very eager to learn and grow during my first year as a HOTWORX franchisee. I also cannot wait to bring this to Oklahoma City. This is an amazing opportunity and I am very thankful to be apart of it!
