Warm, exciting, and highly informative! Discovery Day took all the information that had been discussed during the Discovery Process and made everything line up and fall into place. The background on Planet Beach and the fact that so many Planet Beach/HOTWORX corporate employees have been with the company for so long was an added enticement to the concept.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Pay attention during the Discovery Process, don't be hyper focused on an initial location, and be willing to go to an area where there is need, not necessarily where you think there is need.
