What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Kelly has owned Elite Transcription for 23 years. Dean has been an aerospace engineer for 33 years. From the first step inside a HOTWORX, Kelly knew they had to be part of this amazing and innovative concept!
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We didn't want to build a business from the ground up but a franchise seemed to be less risky. HOTWORX's turnkey approach and tried and true processes make it a perfect fit!
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
It honestly was the most AMAZING workout. The infrared makes it so much easier to perform at a high level throughout the session. The virtual instructors are so great at motivating and helping get the most out of you. I love "set your intention!" I had a smile on my face the whole 30 minute drive home!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The process timeline and structure were introduced in our first contact with the recruiter. The modules covered each week revealed a huge amount of new things HOTWORX wanted to teach us. Patricia was great at making sure we were comfortable with each module, and we had all of our questions answered before moving on.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
We were so excited to meet everyone and become part of the team. It was a very special day! The team is nothing short of impressive, and we really feel like we found our way into a great opportunity.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We would tell them to not miss out on this opportunity. There is nothing like this anywhere and it is such an exciting thing to be a part of!
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
It's exciting to be amongst the first franchises opening in Arizona. We know that this is going to be life-changing for many people of all age ranges and fitness levels, and we can't wait to be the ones introducing this.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We know it's a tall order, but we want to be part of the 500 club by our fourth month and attend the corporate cruise! After getting the first one up and running, we would like to start building out our second!
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX is giving us the opportunity to move from one level of professional success to the next. We feel we are at a time in our life where we are ready to take on new challenges and continue to grow personally, as well as professionally.
