HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Dhruv and Janki Patel, who were awarded 1 franchise license in the Atlanta market and recently opened their Braselton, GA studio!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We want the opportunity to work for ourselves and become more knowledgeable. I, Dhurv, work in IT (Big Data) at T-Mobile and Janki works in Accounting/Finance at Kimberly-Clark. We also are very active physically, love the atmosphere of HOTWORX, and believe it would be a great opportunity to have in our area.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
The stability and 'tried and true' way of running a business vs chaos and ambiguity is what led us to explore franchising. We want to be a part of a business that will help our community become healthier.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
The atmosphere was very welcoming and the employees were very friendly. The sessions were the best part as, even though they are through video, I still felt like it was in person. I could feel myself burning calories going through the workout and being able to push myself at my own rate. We also love the fact that every location is 24/7, accommodating anyone's schedule.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The HOTWORX Discovery Process with Kayla was great! Everything was laid out perfectly and she did a great job explaining every detail in depth. She was very accommodating to our schedules and ensured if we had any questions to not hesitate to ask.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
It was a pleasure meeting the whole Executive Team and learning about their backgrounds and how they all started with HOTWORX. They were all very motivating and encouraging. Orientation Day helped tremendously in becoming more knowledgeable about the whole process of opening our HOTWORX location.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We would say that it is a great opportunity! The HOTWORX Discovery Process, as well as Orientation Day, was great and the information given was in total depth.
