HOTWORX welcomes new franchisees, Ramona Mangan and James Raptoplous, who were awarded 3 franchise licenses in the Detroit market and are currently in Presale at their Clawson, MI (Downtown) studio!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
James comes with over 25 years of owning his own carpentry business. In the last 25 years James has worked on a number of projects from hotels to restaurants for world renowned chefs. He has run a thriving business that pursued his passion as an entrepreneur.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Seeing as James currently runs his own business, we thought that looking into a franchise type business would be a better fit because the systems and business model are already put into place; tried and true!
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Our first impression of our first HOTWORX session was, "Incredible" and we wanted to learn more about the business and overall health benefits immediately. We both felt amazing and had a little pep in our step from the energy we had after our 30 minute workout!!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Our HOTWORX Discovery Process felt like a breeze! Teresa was amazing and answered all our questions and concerns. The modules were a great tool and easy to follow along. From Day 1 to the day prior to Orientation Day, the Discovery Process was extremely informative.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was a lot of fun!! Everyone involved was so nice and friendly, it gave a feel of a close family. There was a lot of information provided and everyone on the team didn't hesitate to answer all of our questions and concerns.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
My advice that I would give to another candidate that is interested in the HOTWORX brand would be to run and not walk!!!! This is a great opportunity for not only ourselves as franchisees but for the community and overall health and awareness.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. We believe in the brand and the benefits associated with the Infrared heat.
2. We also believe in the company's goals and how HOTWORX wants to make a positive impact on the health community.
3. The team that runs the HOTWORX Corporation is beyond knowledgeable in both the business and health/fitness world. This system works because the expertise ranges and it runs like a well oiled machine. If you follow the system and use the resources provided then we as the franchisee will be successful!!
What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
What excites us the most about opening our own HOTWORX is the positive effects this will have within our community. The positives range from overall health and personal goals to the benefits of infrared heat and positive effects it can have on various types of medical conditions.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Within the first year, James and myself have set some high goals for our 1st franchise location. We want to hit at least 1,000 members in total within one year (hopefully sooner) then set up our second and third location within 6 months rather than a year apart.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX will help us to achieve both our professional and personal goals by working as a team and helping to lead and teach each other along this journey. The resources, vast knowledge and support that the HOTWORX team strives will ensure we are on the correct path for success.
