What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Shannon is a Physician Assistant and I (Matt) am an administrator in public education. We currently are part-owners of a med spa (Solace MedSpa) and have a vested interest in our overall health and wellness. When we came across HOTWORX, we believed that it was a great fit for our passion and lifestyle.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We currently own one business and wanted more structure with our next business opportunity. We believe the franchise model will serve our needs regarding time, support, and overall success.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We loved our HOTWORX session. It is a unique exercise model that is time efficient and results oriented. It was also enjoyable to complete the workout in a private setting.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was a great experience for us. We were provided a lot of information about each component of the HOTWORX process.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Our experience was very positive. We were able to ask questions and also hear questions from fellow potential franchisees. The Executive Team provided relevant information about how to successfully launch a HOTWORX.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
I would recommend asking a lot of questions and learning the real estate preferred location selection process.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
There is nothing like it in our area. We think it will boom. It will serve a need in our community.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We plan to meet the goals set in place from HOTWORX, especially regarding membership and earnings.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
It will provide more satisfaction in our work, it is a challenging endeavor that we are excited about, and it will serve as another source of financial independence.
