HOTWORX welcomes new franchisees, Bryan & Jessica Kelly and Leighann & Joseph O'Neill, who were awarded a franchise license in Bend, Oregon!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We love the independence and flexibility that comes with being a small business owner and found that as a franchisee we could also share in the collaborative benefits and support of the bigger business network of the franchise. We chose to pursue HOTWORX because it’s a rapidly growing business in an industry that we are passionate about!
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We did not have a HOTWORX in our state, so we travelled to California on two separate occasions to experience HOTWORX, and we are so glad that we did! We were blown away by the intensity of the workout. We loved that in just 30 minutes we had burned as many calories as we would in an hour-long workout anywhere else. The most surprising element of the workout was the detoxification benefit!! We were exhausted but had an unusual amount of energy following the workout. It was like no other workout we have ever experienced!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The level of support and education provided by the HOTWORX team from the very first day was outstanding. We had scheduled, weekly calls to go through the previously provided information and answer any open questions we had at that time. We respect and appreciate the level of accountability that we were held to throughout the process as it assured us that the franchise goal is to align with franchisees that are equally committed to the values and success of the Franchise.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
The entire HOTWORX team was incredible! They did an excellent job of breaking down the entire process from start to finish. We appreciated their honesty about the challenges that we might face in the startup process. We left feeling confident in the support and resources that we will receive from HOTWORX. The whole team has a passion for HOTWORX that is contagious, we left feeling inspired and even more eager to move forward!
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We would advise other entrepreneurs to do independent research and make sure that HOTWORX is a fit for you personally and professionally. We recommend calling current franchisees and spending time at various HOTWORX locations.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
We are most excited about the rapid growth of HOTWORX as a whole and feel honored to be one of the first Oregon franchisees. We are excited to provide the opportunity for Bend, Oregon residents to incorporate HOTWORX into their daily lives!
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Our main goal is to excite our market about the benefits of combining infrared heat and fitness. We are looking forward to bringing something new and innovative to the workout scene. We hope to maximize our pre-sale memberships in the coming months and hit the ground running with our first studio. Our long-term goal is stabilize our first location and open more locations throughout Central Oregon as the market demand expands!
