What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We have both been in sales our whole career (Shelley in insurance and real estate, myself in advertising), so we understand what it takes to bring revenue in the door. An opportunity to run our own business and handle all aspects of the business is something that we have always wanted to do.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
The support structure and the proven processes that are provided by a Franchisor is something that we felt would help us be most successful.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We were really intrigued and impressed with the whole concept. As college athletes, we have trained and worked out for years, doing multiple concepts and loved the heat/sauna approach.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Cynthia was our recruiter and she made us feel really comfortable with our due diligence, never rushing us, but kept us on track!
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
We could not have been more impressed with how professional they all were and their subject matter expertise. We were apprehensive going in, but totally confident in our decision by the end of the day.
