What lead you to explore franchise opportunities?
I am currently a practicing physician and was exploring the idea of starting my first concierge business. After months of researching, it quickly became evident that franchising was a better alternative. I have always wanted to start a business and HOTWORX allows me to build that business using a proven system.
Can you describe your first HOTWORX experience?
My first session was great. The staff were friendly and walked me through everything I needed to do. After my first session, I felt alive! I was nervous about the heat, but my body became acclimated to the heat, and the size of the space was perfect. That night, I sent that email expressing interest in the franchise opportunity. I knew that HOTWORX was on to something and I wanted to become part of their growth and introduce this concept to Southwest LA.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Mandy Verges is hands down an amazing and smart individual. She taught me so much about the franchise business in a short period. The weekly calls were well-planned, and the content I needed to review was spot-on. Leading up to Discovery Day, I grew more and more confident that this was the best decision for me to become a franchise owner and build a successful and very profitable business.
What was it like attending Discovery Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Discovery Day went exceptionally well. Admittingly, I was nervous. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot and looked to my left, there was Mandy Verges. She was just as kind and funny in person as she had been since our first call. The staff was inviting, informative and an overall fun group of people. This was confirmation that this was the right business.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
First and foremost, do your homework! If you decide that franchising is something right for you, then I would strongly advise you to consider HOTWORX. Although starting any business is hard work, the HOTWORX team has laid out every step you need to take to give you the most excellent chance of being successful.

What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?I am most excited about being a franchisee and opening the doors in my hometown Lake Charles, LA.
