HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Nancy and Todd Moeller, who were awarded 3 franchise licenses in the Los Angeles market and recently opened their Huntington Beach, CA (Five Points) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We currently run a team within a real estate brokerage. We have been researching additional business opportunities for roughly five years that would allow us to create additional income in a field we feel passionate about.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We were researching both and when we discovered the depth of systems in place with HOTWORX and reviewed the disclosures, we were sold on the HOTWORX franchise concept.

What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We were highly impressed with our first and all subsequent sessions. Todd had never done any type of Yoga workout and after two months, saw incredible results. Nancy was also newer to Yoga. We loved the flexibility of scheduling, quality of workouts, clean environment, and friendly staff.

How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We loved our meetings with Mandy and felt the pace was digestible, allowing us time in between calls to review documentation, continue with the workouts, and dive deep into the numbers.

How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
We loved the energy and depth of knowledge of every team member. We were especially impressed with the longevity of the team and sense of friendship and family they all share. Additionally, they made our relatively large group present feel welcomed and completely supported.

What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Look at financing options early and factor payments into your operating budget. Work out 4 - 5 times a week at HOTWORX. Review the documents in detail. Ask a ton of questions.

What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. We feel connected to the brand concept.
2. We feel confident in our ability to build a team and membership base.
3. We want 1,000s of people in our community to experience HOTWORX.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
We have both noticed physical and mental benefits in the two months we've been working out at HOTWORX and we are excited to share that with our community.

What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We plan to open two locations with the goal of reaching 500 members each within one year and 1,000 within 18 months.

How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We feel very supported by the HOTWORX team. The steps are clear and organized. The training is precise and the systems are proven when executed.
