HOTWORX welcomes new franchisee, Jennifer Gibbs, with the purchase of a franchise license in Salt Lake City, Utah!
What led you to explore franchise opportunities?
My husband and I have been business owners for years, currently I own a real estate company and he owns a mortgage company, yet my passion is health, wellness and mindset coaching. I used to teach Zumba and Insanity group workouts. I have also had infrared saunas in my own home for years and am very familiar with the health benefits and have used them to reach my fitness goals personally. Additionally, I saw the value in a step by step franchise system, and we almost bought into Massage Envy a few years back, but it just wasn't the right fit. When I saw the HOTWORX Facebook ad, I instantly knew this was for us.
Can you describe your first HOTWORX experience?
Hot! It was much more intense than I had anticipated. I workout regularly and this was a new kind of challenge, yet I felt so loose and good afterward. I can't wait for my location to open so I can personally use it several times per week!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Teresa was my rep and was very accommodating. She went at my pace, answered all questions and helped me feel comfortable. I appreciated her being the human part of this process.
What was it like attending Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
I was impressed. As each speaker stood up my faith in the company continued to grow, knowing we have such sharp people running the ship. It gave me confidence.

What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
BREAKING RECORDS. I plan to set the new record for first day sales, members by soft opening, and the record for member retention in one year from soft open. :)
What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Seeing my space transform into a studio, all the people this will help (including myself and family), and of course to create an income river from doing so much good in my community.
