HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Diane and Saroem Soem, who were awarded 1 franchise license in the Boston (Manchester) market and recently opened their Tyngsborough, MA (Westford Rd Plaza) studio!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Diane owns a medical spa and works in the healthcare industry, focusing on body and health. Exercise impacts health (as we all know) so it compliments our other business. We are looking for new opportunities for financial wellness and to have a closer studio to our home.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
The brand was well thought out. It seemed like a great opportunity and we love the concept of all things HOTWORX.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Diane: I loved it! I barely make time to exercise and I found myself wanting to be there more often.
Saroem: It was tougher than I though, but I didn't take it lightly to begin with. Nonetheless, it kicked my butt!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was very organized and executed well. The team had everything planned out.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
The Executive Team was professional and everyone was very supportive. They all want us to succeed. There was a lot of information presented to us!
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Just do it! It is a lot of work, but we can tell it will be worth it.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
It really is just a great feeling to be able to have something new and innovative for the community to benefit from. Time is absolutely valuable in life, so it is truly awesome to offer something that promotes better health in a time-conscious fashion.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We would love to establish the HOTWORX brand deep into the community. Money is always a priority, but for the first year we'd love to just get the community to understand the value that HOTWORX brings to the table.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
Personally, it's nice to own something that contributes to improving people's lives and we consider that an honorable achievement. Professionally, we are always looking for ways to improve our family's financial stability and the HOTWORX business model gives us a greater sense of security.
