What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We were deciding to pursue a joint business venture when we discovered HOTWORX in the process. We were searching for an opportunity that will promote a healthy lifestyle and complement our current full-time careers in the healthcare and construction industries.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We decided to explore franchising because of the structure and guidance that are already in place. Becoming part of an organization with proven systems in place will allow us to focus on its implementation to maximize client satisfaction.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We were impressed by how comfortable the infrared heat felt while exercising. The cleanliness of the studio, contemporary layout, technology, and customer service felt welcoming and safe.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We had a great experience with our Franchise Recruiter, Cynthia. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience answering our many questions. She made the whole process really easy for us.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was very organized and well planned out. The HOTWORX Executive Team was very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about their roles. Their long tenures speak to their commitment and belief in the concept.

We would advise candidates to go ahead and pursue the franchise opportunity with HOTWORX. They have a proven track record of success and are led by a highly experienced Executive Team.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. We chose to franchise with HOTWORX first and foremost because of the time flexibility, allowing members to have 24/7 access to the studio.
2. Secondly, we wanted to invest in a health promotion type of industry, so HOTWORX made sense.

The thing that excites us the most is the opportunity to help people with their health goals in order to improve quality of life.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
In the first year, our goals are to raise brand awareness and increase our community engagement to help provide visibility to our location in order to build a 500+ member base.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
