What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
As a fitness instructor for over 25 years and personal trainer 20 years, I have loved fitness and the industry for all of my life. I've always wanted to own a fitness studio and this is a dream come true!! I previously owned and operated a Medical Spa for 9 years as an independent business with the goal to franchise, but it ended up closing during Covid due to mandatory closures and staffing issues. I am currently working as a Realtor and I've had my real estate license since 2009.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
I already did the independent business so I'm excited and very appreciative of the HOTWORX team's guidance and support!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process with Kayla, our Franchise Recruiter, was very detailed. It equipped me to make this decision and we're excited to be part of the HOTWORX family.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Wow! Wow! I am very impressed with the HOTWORX organization, team, and tools. It was great to meet everyone at Orientation Day!
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Take your time, follow the playbook, show up on time for practice, and it WORX!!

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
It will be brand new & exciting to Albuquerque and I believe my studio will explode! Lots of Eileens, our target demographic!!
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Our goal is to open with over 200 members, hit the 500 club as soon as possible, and then 1000 members in the first year.
