What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We wanted to have more control of our success and work/life balance in our everyday lives that business ownership provides.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
A franchise provides proven guidance, systems, processes, and experience to new business owners in a turnkey manner.

What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Loved it. It was our very first experience with “hot” exercise. The air was dry and comfortable, and we felt more flexible in the heated environment. No soreness after a hot session. We believe heavily in the benefits of IR saunas and have become huge proponents of the HOTWORX model.

How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The HOTWORX Discovery Process was extremely informative. Because we had done a lot of research and already learned so much from Ballantyne, NC Franchisee, Tracy Bria, we were anxious to move through the steps quickly. Our recruiter, Cynthia, was very informative and worked at the pace we requested and addressed all of our questions and concerns in a systematic manner.

How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was very motivating. All of our additional questions were answered, and any remaining concerns were alleviated. The HOTWORX Executive Team was extremely responsive and energetic. It was clear that they are dedicated to our success within the HOTWORX family.

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Absolutely take your time to understand details and to ensure your questions are addressed. Take advantage of the HOTWORX community to do as many validation calls and visits to better understand what makes others successful.

What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. The HOTWORX business model of 24-hour virtual instructors, ability to cross-train, and all the infrared health benefits including detoxification in less time hooked us.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
Launching the HOTWORX 3D Training–IR fitness and wellness concept in our area will help others achieve their general fitness, injury recovery, toxin removal and health improvements is exciting! More Workout, Less Time!

What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Bring the HOTWORX brand awareness within our community and achieve top tier membership levels by the end of our first year. Because our initial Area Development Agreement includes 6 franchise locations, we plan to open the first two immediately, hope to achieve top tier membership levels, and begin development of locations 3 and 4, by the end of the first year.

How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We believe it will enable us to establish long-term, sustainable income and financial equity for our families while providing excitement and joy for our families and community.
