What led you to explore franchise opportunities?
We were looking for a business to start in the fitness industry. We went to the franchise convention in Ft. Lauderdale when we came across HOTWORX and knew right away it was a concept that would be big in our market.
Can you describe your first HOTWORX experience?
Our first HOTWORX sessions were the Hot Cycle and Hot Row. It was an awesome workout in a short amount of time and we all felt great for the rest of the day.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Our experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process was perfect. Mandy was thorough and set very clear expectations around the business before kicking off the franchising process. We felt that we had all of the necessary information to make our decision to move forward with HOTWORX.
What was it like attending Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was a great experience. The whole team made us feel right at home and we gained more clarity on what to expect moving forward. We had a blast at the celebration dinner after orientation; the Executive Team made us feel like family.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We would say to at least go through the Discovery Process to see if it is something they would be interested in.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
Initially, we chose to franchise with HOTWORX because it is a great concept to help people reach their fitness goals. Second, after going through the Discovery Process and learning the true potential we knew we should move forward. Last, it seems there is a great support system to contribute the success of each franchisee.
What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
Our goal is to have all three of our locations open within three years in our areas of interest.
What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We are very excited to open the doors for the future members of our Pembroke Pines location.
