Earlier this year we set out on a mission to find the Top 5 Virtual Instructors to represent HOTWORX by leading our infrared sauna workouts and to help us continue to revolutionize the fitness industry as brand ambassadors. Ten fitness instructor professionals joined us in Lake Tahoe last week to participate in the Final Round of the 2018 Virtual Instructor Competition and we were blown away by their passion and motivation.The Final Round began with a combine that included one-on-one interviews and choreographed 5-minute isometric style workouts. Each competitor was evaluated on mental readiness, technical form, and workout queuing by judges Stephen P. Smith, CEO & HOTWORX Creator; Nancy Price, Senior VP of Sales; Kasie Banks, Director of Marketing; and Shawna Bacon, HR Coordinator & Operations Support.
According to Banks, "It was immediately clear that we had an amazing group of competitors with us. We were impressed with the fitness experience and professionalism of each participant, but hearing their personal motivation in becoming a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor was the most compelling. The competitors shared the same driving force we have as HOTWORX Executives- to build relationships and bring positive change to the lives of others through our infrared workout sauna."
The Virtual Instructor Competition Championship was held on Wednesday, August 1st. The competitors participated in an "Earn the Burn Challenge" and one on-stage final interview questions in front of attendees at the annual Planet Beach & HOTWORX franchise convention. We are thrilled to announce the Top 5 winners of the 2018 HOTWORX Virtual Instructor Competition: Tori Cowen, Amee Fisher, Aaron Murphy, Victoria Jameson Krath, and Emilya Washeleski.
