What lead you to explore franchise opportunities?
My background is in public health and wellness. I have worked as a researcher, group fitness instructor, and health coach. I have also been a franchise co-owner in the past with Curves. After experiencing first hand the health promoting benefits of infrared sauna sessions at my functional medicine doctor's office, I was interested in how to make that more accessible to a wider audience in a more flexible and affordable way either through starting my own sauna wellness center or exploring any options of existing franchises. Through my research on what was out there in this business model I came across the HOTWORX franchise and I just felt like it was a perfect match.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I was very impressed by the smooth, logical, orderly process and competence of the team. All my questions were answered and I felt inspired and excited to be joining such a capable, well-organized culture and team.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?

What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
I have started with a single unit but my goals would be to expand within 1 year into multi-units. Enjoying financial stability and freedom through a service that helps others around me live and age well has always been my ultimate goal.
What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
I am excited to see the community response to such an innovative fitness concept. There really is nothing like it in the market yet. So being the first in the area is very exciting indeed. I look forward to celebrating with my members as they discover they have hit the fitness lottery! Finally a workout they will stick to because it not only works, it doesn't require hours of time, blends privacy with just the right amount of social and most importantly meets them where they are any given day rather than them having to morph their schedule to make a set class time or settle for whatever class is offered when they can go. Who wouldn't be excited about that?! And I am excited to be the one providing it and providing it first to my community.
