What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I have always considered myself an active entrepreneur. Starting at the early age of 10 years old, my buddies and I were always looking for things we could do to earn a little extra money. From selling hot dogs at garage sales, shoveling driveways when it snowed, to picking up golf balls in the out-of-bounds areas of the course and selling them back to golfers, I have always loved providing my own income.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
What led me to exploring a franchise opportunity was actually my current occupation/business venture. I currently own a residential HVAC business that is owned and operated by myself and my family. We chose to use a grassroots method when starting this business; basically, we started from scratch with no customers, no systems or processes in place, and very little experience running a business. We are two years in and have accomplished a lot with a good revenue and strong bottom line, but I knew if we had systems and processes already in place with a corporate team to help us along the way, we could be significantly further.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
My initial impression with HOTWORX was clean, friendly, professional, and efficient. Being an avid exercise enthusiast, I am always looking for ways to get more out of my training as well as being as efficient as possible with my time. HOTWORX brought all of this to the table and more!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
During the Discovery Process one thing in particular stuck out to me and that was the company culture. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and truly believed in the business.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
At Orientation Day, I was pleased to learn all about the business. From the history of the startup to the current team members, everyone's professional backgrounds and attitude towards the business was impressive. I truly believe everyone who is a part of it loves what they do and that matters to me.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
To those considering a HOTWORX franchise opportunity, I would suggest giving them a chance to show you what all is involved in the business and how they can help you become successful. The team is full of coaches, executives, and active business owners all readily available to use as resources.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. Business - With businesses and investing being a large part of my life, I wanted to put my money somewhere that I knew it could grow and not stay dormant or lose money.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
What excites me the most is the positive benefits HOTWORX can provide to those around me. I myself recently went through a health transformation that changed the way I feel, work and live. I cannot wait to help those in the local community reach their health and fitness goals while doing what I love.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
In the first year as a franchisee, I plan to enroll over 500 new members, gain over 150 5 star reviews, and create a profitable business to support myself and our staff through life.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
By following the business model outlined and provided by HOTWORX, I plan to achieve the fitness, health, and financial goals I have for this year and years to come!
