HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Alexandra Glover and Melissa Arnold, who were awarded a franchise license in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and opened their Lake Worth, TX (Azle Ave) studio this year!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Melissa and I (Alexandra) both work together in the preschool/education business. We are a mom and daughter duo and we have enjoyed working together for the past four years now. We knew we wanted to do something together and HOTWORX was something we are both passionate about.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We had not thought about exploring a franchise business until we heard great things from a current HOTWORX franchisee. Through the Discovery Process, we were blown away with how organized and thorough the business model was set up to create success and drive. We knew after going through the process that HOTWORX would be a great opportunity for us.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We have both been members at a HOTWORX location and after our first session, we were hooked! The way the infrared heat and workout made us feel, was like nothing we had experienced before working out. The health benefits for us have been amazing.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was such a breeze. Learning about the HOTWORX model/system and how it sets up a franchisee for success was very apparent after each meeting. The Discovery Process gave us confidence and understanding of how the franchise is ran. Through the process, our questions were answered and our concerns were gone. We finished the process feeling so confident in our decision to begin a franchise of our own.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Our Orientation Day was awesome. It was through Zoom and we still feel like we were being orientated in person. The team answered any questions we had and made sure they did not miss any information. The Executive Team was wonderful and you can tell they truly are family to one another. Everyone is full of knowledge and support.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We would tell other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX to set up a time to go through the Discovery Process and give it a chance. Once you begin the Discovery Process, the answer will be very clear if it is the right path for you!

We hope to meet all the goals and achievements that HOTWORX sets, and we hope to be one of the top franchises regarding membership and sales!
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
This will be a new venture for the both of us and we are excited to work together to find fulfillment and joy in the process of creating a successful franchise. We know it will not be easy, but we are willing to work hard and meet our financial and business goals we have set for ourselves!
