What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Andy and I have both wanted to pursue a franchise for some time now and have looked into multiple. We found that HOTWORX was a concept that clients would enjoy over and over! I am in medical device sales and Andy is in financial software sales. HOTWORX is a great opportunity to align our sales and customer service experience into our own business.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We helped our daughter open her Lash studio. The build out, cost, licenses... It was definitely a process and we had no guidance. The HOTWORX franchise gave us everything we needed to become successful first time entrepreneurs!
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
THE SWEAT! As we learned more and more about what that sweat is releasing and how good the infrared energy is for you, we were hooked!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I never had another franchise go through a discovery phase. There was a lot of high level detail that is shared clearly through the Discovery Process and the transparency of detail was comforting.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Great energy! I have sat through weeks of onboarding with multiple corporations and the HOTWORX information was very thorough. Each presenter had great energy and was passionate about their role and how to make us successful.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
The HOTWORX team does a great job with supporting you and having a process in place for you to follow. Come committed to follow through. While they have vendors for financing, speak with your CPA in advance and educate yourself around which route is best for your funding. What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
I am excited to spread awareness about infrared energy and the benefits. It's a great feeling when I have a conversation with someone and they had no idea this concept existed.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
My goal in my first year is to create a 500 member community and keep them encouraged and excited to improve their health!
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
Opening a HOTWORX gives us the opportunity to create an additional stream of income, while helping others meet their personal health goals, including ourselves.
