What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We have always been interested in owning our own business in order to create additional income and be able to spend more time with our family.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
After experiencing our first session of HOTWORX, we fell in love with the concept and the benefits it has to offer. It made sense for us to follow a system that has been successfully implemented and not having to re-invent the wheel.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
The minute I walked into the HOTWORX studio, I was immediately hooked! I have always been a runner but after 4 knee surgeries I was looking for alternative ways to work out and I definitely found it at HOTWORX!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We had a wonderful and very informative experience as we worked our way through the Discovery Process. It made it easier at decision time because we knew we had all the information we needed.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Even though we had to have a virtual Orientation, it was great to finally put faces to names. We were very impressed that everyone we spoke with has been with the company for years and can tell they are truly invested in their brand. By the end of the day, all of our questions had been answered and it was clearly the right decision to move forward!
